Our two completely newly built flats offer a dreamlike, unobstructed view of the lush, green meadows and the unforgettable mountain panorama. Our house, quietly and centrally located in the district Neder, offers a beautiful nature, a wealth of possibilities to be active and sporty or just to let your soul dangle.

The free ski bus to the Stubai Glacier is only a 3-minute walk away. Cosy and sunny hiking trails, cycle paths as well as idyllic cross-country skiing trails and toboggan run pass our house. The valley station of the Elferlifte and the village centre of Neustift are only a 15-minute walk away. The landscape lake Kampl with a large playground and restaurant is also close to us.

While our guests enjoy the sun's rays, their offspring can explore the TÜV-certified playground and petting zoo at the Ausserwieserhof next door. The rabbits Flippi and Flauschi love to be pampered or fed with fresh grass and spicy mountain hay. The 2 guinea pigs also want to be well looked after. The hit on this farm are the two dwarf chickens Agatha and Amalia.
