The apartment "Rauchkofel" is about 80m2 big and has a wonderful view over the surrounding "Lienzer Dolomites". It is located in the heart of the lovely town Lienz, which is also famous for its unique Italian flair. It's about a 10 minutes’ walk to the center. The first-floor-apartment is in a newly constructed wooden building facing south, and has a terrace with an amazing view. There is free parking right in front of the door, a fully equipped new kitchen, a flat-screen TV, a modern bathroom with a big walk-in shower, and two separate bedrooms with wooden furniture.  The appartement ist a non-smoker-appartement and partys are not allowed.
