The apartment is located in the Berghof Apartment Complex at an altitude of approximately 900m. The complex is located directly on the ski slope in winter and on a beautiful hiking trail in summer. On the ground floor is Appartement Kaiserseite, a fully equipped studio that is ideal for 1 to 3 adults or 2 adults with 1 or 2 children. Please note that the fold-out sofa is only 1.20 meters wide and can carry a maximum of 110 pounds. The apartment is located on the north side of the building, overlooking the beautiful Kaiser mountains. Pets are not allowed! Smoking is not allowed!
