Our house is in a quiet central location ca. 5 minutes from the Village Center away. The Appartement covers the whole first floor. The Spar Supermarket is within 2 minutes walking distance. For all Winter Sports enthusiasts is Söll worth seeing - with the Skiwelt Wilder Kaiser Brixental, the Night skiing in Söll an two illuminated toboggan runs there is something for everyone. Our House is ca. 3 minutes from the bottom station Söll away. In the Winter is ca 200m away the bus station, from where you can drive to the bottom station of the cable railway. In the Summer invite beautiful hikes around Söll and in the SkiWlt Wilder Kaiser Brixental to linger. In Hochsöll is the Hexenwasser, which provides on hot summer days the optimal cooling down for all ages. Also for cycling enthusiasts are around Söll a lot of varied and beautiful bike tours. On desire is our Appartement in the low seasion also rented for 2 People. For the booking of 6 adults plus 1-2 little children:
Smaller children can be booked additionally in the travel cot to 6 Adults. In this case please send us a Mail after booking. The extra price for the little childs will be considered in the final bill. Families in Winter:

Upon request, guests may use the washing machine & dryer for a fee.

No Pets allowed, final Cleaning for the Appartement 70,00 Euro Summer, 80,00 Euro Winter, bedlinen and dish towel included. It is possible to pay the final payment plus local tax before/after arrival by bank transfer.
