Our holiday flat “Sonnenwald” is located on the edge of a wood facing the southwest, directly beneath the towering Donnerkogel, one of the imposing mountains of the Gosaukamm. Our home is situated in an extremely quiet area, short of 800 meters in altitude. Several parking slots are available a few meters off the house. The next bus stop is just 1 km away. The next grocery is 3 km away. To get to the centre of the village Annaberg-Lungötz you can take a car or bicycle, whatever, you will reach it in just a few minutes, since it is only 4 km distant from the flat. Here are also the next possibilities to dine in a cosy atmosphere. If you prefer a more exquisite location, then we recommend that you head for the famous “Winterstellgut”, which is just a one-hour stroll away from our door. In addition, the first hiking and mountain bike trails start directly in front of the flat. So it is possible to directly reach the “Zwieselalm”, the “kleiner und großer Donnerkogel” and a lot more, without stressing your car. In wintertime, the skiing area “Dachstein-West” attracts people with its family-friendly and challenging ski slopes. And it is only 4 km away from the flat.
