Welcome to our Haus am Waldrand in Kaltenbach with stunning views of the beautiful mountains of the Zillertal. Our Haus am Waldrand offers one apartment and is the perfect destination for active and relaxing holidays together with family and friends.

The free ski bus to the family-friendly skiing resorts of Hochzillertal-Hochfügen and Spieljoch stops just 1 minute away. The centres of Kaltenbach and Ried with numerous restaurants, shops and a supermarket are only 10 minutes away on foot. You can reach the forest playground in Ried that is very popular among kids after a 5-minute walk. Gorgeous hiking trails such as the waterfall trail or the Wöscherweg start right outside the house and an adventure park with high wire garden is within walking distance as well.
In the 85m² Andreas holiday apartment you are accommodated in 2 double rooms, 2 single rooms and will find a fully equipped modern kitchen with comfortable seating. All bedrooms of the apartment are equipped with satellite TV, a separate shower and toilet and have private access to the balcony with views of the impressive mountain scenery of the Zillertal.

We also offer you to sit on our sun terrace and enjoy the stunning views of the Zillertal Mountains, or to relax in our landscaped garden with lawn.

Of course, free Wi-Fi is available in the apartment; a heated room for your gear and enough space for your sports equipment in the garage are on offer as well. On request, we have fresh bread rolls delivered to your apartment every morning (except Sundays) or pamper you with a small and delicious breakfast.

In the newly refurbished fitness corner of our Haus am Waldrand you can keep body and mind fit and relax in our small spa area with a warming infrared cabin and relaxation room.

Zillertaler Höhenstrasse, one of the most beautiful alpine roads in Austria, offers a fantastically beautiful panorama at up to 2,000m. The newly set up 18-hole golf course in Zillertal Uderns is just a 5-minute drive away.

Winter fans will enjoy varied pistes across all skill levels or endless off-piste opportunities in the top skiing resort of Hochzillertal – Hochfügen. After an active day in the mountains, you can relax at Erlebnistherme Fügen and enjoy the spacious spa area there.
