Our house is situated on a small hill with magnificent views of the surrounding mountain-sides in a quiet, yet central location. Kirchberg’s bathing lake is just a few minutes’ walk away and in Winter you can ski directly to the house. The ski bus stop is easily reached on foot. Our large sun-bathing lawn, attracts sun-worshipers and there’s a small playground for the children. Haus Andreas is the perfect departure point for mountain-bike tours in the beautiful Kitzbühel Alp mountains. Inclusive: Bedlinen and kitchen towels, as well as hand / bath towels, heating, water, electricity and of course parking, free WiFi
