Welcome to the website of Huize Olthof. The house has been in our family for 35 years, but in the summer of 2014 completely renovated and or the first time in the rental. The house was built in Tyrolean style and suitable for 2-8 people. It is completely self-enclosed by a large green garden offers full privacy of 900m2. It is located in the beautiful Leukental about 15 minutes walk from Ellmau. The house is at 790 m height about 500 meters from the main road and is excellent without snow chains to reach. This environment is characterized by the many possibilities for a wonderful holiday. The house is located a few kilometers away the beautiful and varied ski area Skiwelt Wilder Kaiser-Brizental. It is over 300 km unbroken runs the largest ski area in Austria and snowsecure ... especially since 90% of the slopes are equipped with snow cannons. But also in other seasons is the area attractive. When winter is over, you can walk behind our house to the foot of the famous Wilder Kaiser Mountains, a stunning nature reserve with numerous hiking and climbing routes. Golfers can indulge in, as is the beautiful Wilder Kaiser 27-hole golf course with breathtaking views of the Wilder Kaiser 900m awa. At 600m is the extensive Kaiser pool with many amenities including heated indoor and outdoor pool, ice cold natural pool, slides, playground, restaurant, sauna and indoor tennis courts. In the house is the living room is with wood and new furniture and a large fireplace. Outside the wood supply available for this purpose. For the hobby cook, there is a new modern kitchen with Siemens appliances, including a microwave, oven and large American fridge car.
