It lies below the middle station of the "Emerald Railway". High above you can enjoy a great view of the summits of the Hohe Tauern and the Kitzbühel Alps. The cabin has all the comforts such as electricity and water, so you do not have to give up the usual standard on holiday. The lodge has recently been modernized and renovated with much diligence and love, care was taken not to lose any of its originality and originality. The Sonnenhütte is equipped with different types of wood, these smell pretty much to the bet. And when the wood stove in the room is heated, this cozy warmth permeates the whole house and conveys a very special cottage atmosphere. winter In winter you are in the midst of the ski region Bramberg-Wildkogelarena. In the morning you can buckle on the doorstep and ski down the valley and in the evening directly back to the hut. Tip: The longest toboggan run (illuminated) in the world leads past the hut. With the mountain railway, you will be transported to the airy height with a sled. On a distance of 14 km you overcome a difference in altitude of 1,300 m to Bramberg. The tobogganing lasts 30 to 50 minutes. The toboggan run is illuminated until 10pm. Arrival: By ski or toboggan from the middle station Smaragdbahn Bramberg. You can park your car for free at the Smaragdbahn car park. Luggage transport can be organized by the landlord for a surcharge. summer In summer, the day begins when the sun dips the breathtaking mountain panorama in bright colors. Here opens a picture book backdrop, as only nature itself can create. The proximity to many hiking trails and high alpine mountain bike routes invite to sporty balance but also enjoyment and lingering. Tip: A trip to the Krimmler waterfalls. The world-famous Krimml Waterfalls are the highest waterfalls in Europe at 380 meters, the fifth highest in the world and only a few minutes drive from Bramberg.
