The house dates back to 1750 and has been completely renovated and refurbished in recent years. Each of the single or double rooms has its own bathroom. On the first floor there is a beautiful Zirbenstube with wooden kitchen and a large tiled stove. There are also 2 renovated double rooms with private bathrooms and a wellness area with large shower, sauna and relaxation room. In addition, on the first floor there is a laundry room with dryer and washing machine and a guest toilet. On the second floor are further a double and 1 single room with bathroom. On the 3rd floor is the absolute highlight, a 100sqm Artloft with 2 large cozy sofa corners, an exclusive kitchen, a large table, a grandiose fireplace and balcony. The house has further a garden loft. There is 1 double room and a living/bedroom. A great bathroom and a small kitchen makes this apartment your own Tinyhouse. Suitable for staff/upair or bigger children.
This garden loft can be booked additionally for € 120,00 per day.State of the art technology, wifi, 5 flat screens, as well as nice dishes, pots, linens and towels etc are part of the basic equipment of the house. There is a large parking lot for at least 3 cars next to the house. The private, large garden also offers many possibilities. A separate ski room with its own entrance, ski boot heater and ski rack provides great comfort even for avid winter sports enthusiasts.The alpenhaus barbara 1750 is located at the foot of the mountains in the museum village Alt-Böckstein at 1200 meters above sea level. The romantic and quiet location is unique. Directly behind the house the hiking trail leads to the idyllic Böckfeldalm and next door there is Austrian traditional cuisine in the Rathausberg. The center of Bad Gastein, the alpine hotspot with its many bars and restaurants, can be reached by car in just 5 minutes. The large Gastein ski area Ski Amadé can be reached within 10 minutes by bus. The ski bus stop is only 5 minutes away on foot.
