The area around the house is a true nature-power room. It is enveloped by the surrounding mountains of the "Hohe Tauern", the soft hills of the "Nockberge" and the "Goldeck", which already belongs to the Gailtal Alps. The cultural landscape of this environment is equally living, working and recreational place for humans and animals as well. The restaurant in the Perauer also makes use of the rich offer of this landscape. Products that are traditionally made and are allowed to grow and flourish in the area, are the main ingredients that come to the table in a culinary form. The power of nature can be felt in every corner of the inn. The rooms are tastefully decorated with furniture from local carpenters and wood. The guest room is always lovingly decorated at any time of the year. And the panoramic terrace simply invites you to stay - a stay in the natural-power room. CULINARY A day in the "Natur-Kraft-Raum" begins with a breakfast with products from this cultural landscape. Many of these products are homemade anyway, like bread, jams, honey or juices. The breakfast eggs, the cereals and mostly also also the meat and the cheese, but also the dairy products, come from domestic production. The "Alpine Garden" at 1000 m above sea level supplies vegetables, fruits and tea herbs, which are then processed in the solar dryer. Guests choose between bed and breakfast or half board. Also in the restaurant the products from the local agriculture and from the own garden play the most important role.
