Chablais

The Chablais is one of the most beautiful and diverse regions in Switzerland. Situated at the extremity of the Wallis side of Lake Geneva, in the Rhone Valley, this region is surrounded by alpine peaks. The most famous of these, the Dents du Midi, reach 3,300 meters. In addition to housing the largest international and linked ski area in the world - Les Portes du Soleil which boast 650 km of ski slopes and 209 ski lifts with Swiss and French resorts combined. On the Swiss side are Champéry, Morgins, Torgon, Val-d'illiez, Les Crosets, Champoussin.
